Back to school is such an exciting but extremely busy time of year. With the smell of new books, paper, and crayons, we can become as high as a kite. I always loved that unique smell as a child and still love to browse the school supply section at the local stores when I’m not dodging all the other insane moms trying to get their loved ones prepared for the first day of school. Those crazy moms need to get a grip!
And back to school gets even crazier when you have a college bound child. I’m sure it has nothing to do with the fact that my precious baby is not a baby anymore, but a young adult who believes he can make it in this world without me reminding him to wear matching socks and brush his teeth.
Sniff, Sniff!
Do you want to party with us before your baby starts college?
P&G Bed Bath & Beyond #CollegeSpeak Twitter Party – Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at 9:00 A.M. – 9:45 A.M. PST/ 12:00 – 12:45 P.M. EST.
If you haven’t been to a twitter party, impress your college bound child, and brag about your invitation.
My son is starting his first day of college in a few weeks. This mama wants to make sure he has everything he needs in order to conform to society. After all, he isn’t going to be able to go in my necessity stash at his leisure when he runs out of something imperative like his toothpaste. I’m sure he’s going to be very engaged in his studies, so how could he possibly remember to purchase silly items like necessities.
In order to make sure he has what he needs to survive the first year of college, I made a list of all the necessities he will need and made my way to one of my favorite back to school shopping places, Bed, Bath & Beyond, located in the Harmon section.
Of course, I didn’t include clothes, food, and etc.
Heads Up!
When you purchase $40 of the participating Procter & Gamble items, you will receive a $10 Bed Bath & Beyond gift card.
Score, huh?
