I just love this time of year because it gives me the chance to reflect and pray about how Jesus gave Himself on the cross in the forgiveness of our sins. Therefore, I created timeless lunchbox notes containing inspirational messages from the Bible.

Easter is one of my favorite times of the year. Not only does it mark the arrival of spring and new life, but it is such a spiritual time to reflect on Jesus’ resurrection and how He gave Himself on the cross for the forgiveness of our sins. A time to remember Jesus loves us!

I love placing a small personal note in my daughter’s lunchbox to remind her that I love her. My boys are much older now, so I slip cards or notes wherever I can, such as their pants pocket when folding their laundry, for them to find during the day.  Sometimes it is a personal note of encouragement or congratulations and other times it is a note with daily messages of God’s word.

I created these little scripture cards about God’s love to pass out to friends or strangers, and I thought they would make FUN lunch box notes. These note cards are based on scripture and contain Bible verses from Matthew, Peter, Luke, and John, as well as Psalms, Proverbs, and other books from the New Testament that express the love of God.

In addition to the pre-printed cards containing Bible verses, I also included blank cards with Easter images for you to write your own personal note to give to your special young person this Easter season.

They are perfect for your children’s Easter baskets. Just print on card stock and cut them out.

  • Stick them in cards
  • Stick them in your bills
  • Give them to your wait staff at a restaurant
  • Give them to your grocery store clerk
  • Leave them in public bathrooms
  • Leave them on the cars next to you in parking lots

Of course, there are so many ways and places you can conveniently spread God’s love to others, but these are just a few we plan on initiating this year.
