It’s that time of year again when we invite all of our friends and family over for the holidays. It is such a wonderful thing that it makes me wonder why do I not invite friends and family over more often.

After all, I always thoroughly enjoy having guests over. After I pondered the idea, I decided this upcoming year I’m going to host at least one gathering per month. I’m not planning on make a 5-course meal, but I can serve my guests a simple cheeseball, crackers, grapes, and some wine for some good cheer in my Libbey® Glass Perfect Signature™ Auden Stemware Collection. After all, I am blessed beyond a doubt, and I ought to be celebrating my good life with others more.

I have so much to be thankful for this past year and I want to celebrate life with others.

I usually invite my guest over around 5 for cocktails; I dim the lights, light a glowing candle, and put some soft music on in our living room. It’s always exciting to have some fun cocktail napkins for the occasion, too. 

And that’s simply all I do when I invite my friends or family over for a gathering. It’s always a joyous occasion. My guests are not interested in a showy appearance; they simply just want to visit with me.
