So what’s your favorite pizza topping that you are going try first on your easy homemade pizza dough?
What size of pizza pan do you use for this.
Hi Loretta,
I have used all sizes, depending on how think I want the crust. Usually I spread it thin, and use a bigger cookie sheet. I also have a round stone that I like to use, too.
I must note, we are a family of 8, so I make 3 pizzas.
I seems to me that Truvia is a mistake, because you want a little sugar to prove the yeast. I make mine in a food processor and just let it rise there, then roll it out. But I like your approach.,
The crust was pretty good but if I made it again I would add a pinch of salt.
Good to know.
Love this recipe…. But I did improvise a little. I used regular yeast, worked very well. Plus I made a double recipe, only used half. Covered and refrigerated the rest and used it two days later. It was great….
What a great tip! Thanks, Sally!
Hello, I have used this recipe many times, it’s delicious! I have recently had to go gluten free and was wondering if you have tried making the dough gluten free before? Thank you
