There are an enormous amount of Christmas deals dollar store items that you probably would have not imagined. I love shopping at the dollar stores, but I must have a list in hand, or I will tend to buy things I don’t need.
TIP – do not bring your kiddos to avoid overspending
I always buy stocking stuffers at the dollar store, too. However, don’t forget to mark the bought items in your Christmas Planner to avoid overspending and buying duplicate items.
These are just a few of the items that I have found to be of good value compared to the other popular chain stores.

I actually got an adorable miniature christmas tree at my local dollar store earlier today, its about two feet tall
Im so glad I found your blog and this post this morning. I’m headed out to pick up a few last minute things today. I’ll be hitting up the Dollar Store!
Also at our dollar store we have everything you need to decorate your tree lights ornaments!!!great stocking stuffers and even different stockings and my favorite this year was the heavy duty stocking holders that set on the mantle!!!
Inexpensive batteries for all the Christmas Toys! 🙂
I love the Dollar store…
Ours usually has gold and silver gel pens that are great for writing on gift tags
and for signing your Christmas cards. These are usually in a pack that has
one of each color.
This year I got napkins, their Tree ornament that I sprayed and using for placemat. I got goodie sacks. I purchased some bags to go along with my White/Green theme. Several more items.
I get all my gift bags and tissue wrapping paper at dollar stores. It saves me money! I should mention it works best with smaller gifts.
I buy Dollar Tree wrapping paoer and make my own bags at home. I use boxes from cereal, Capri Sun box, shoe box, and even a movie box of candy to make them. If you start just when the Christmas stuff comes out, you can make a bag for almost everything you buy! All you need is some sissors wrapping paper tape and some boxes. Wrap the boxes and leave 1 end open to pull the box out and you have a cute bag! I use the scraps to make name tags too! Waste not want not! Brown papre bags work too! Just turn them inside out and let the kids decorate the front of the bag for friends family and teachers! It saves on spending money on wrapping paper too!!!! And dont forget the free clothes boxes at the clothing stores like Kohls Macys Belks and Ross! They can help hide a gift so the kods dont know whats inside!!!!???Cheryl
