I like to serve this easy Spicy Chicken and Black Beans over rice and load it with Crystal Farms sharp cheddar cheese on top. It’s truly divine.

How to Make Spicy Chicken Black Beans
Ingredients
- 2 lbs of chicken, frozen (4 breast)
- 16 oz jar of your favorite salsa
- 2 cans of black beans, drained and rinsed
- Crystal Farms Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 4 cups of rice, cooked
Directions
Place chicken in slow cooker, pour picante sauce over chicken. Place rinsed black beans on top of chicken mixture and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve chicken and black beans over cooked rice. Sprinkle with Crystal Farms shredded cheese.
