This easy chili mac recipe is a family favorite around here.
This is one of those recipes that can be whipped up in a matter of minutes. It’s also a great covered dish to bring to a family in need or a potluck.
How to Make this Chili Mac Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 pkg of mac and cheese
- 10 oz can of diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 2 lbs of ground beef
- 1 pkg of taco seasoning (1 1/4 oz)
- salt and pepper to taste
- chili powder to taste (optional)
Directions
Cook mac and cheese according to directions on package in large pot. Stir in diced tomatoes. Set Aside. Brown meat and drain. Mix taco seasoning with meat. Add seasoned beef into mac and cheese. Add seasonings to taste. Heat throughly.
Serves 8
It makes great leftovers for lunch.
