Are you in love with avocados too? I absolutely think they are wonderful. I love to eat them in salad, on sandwiches, or simply with a little salt and pepper.
I decided to try to grill some avocados last night. The process was so simple, and they came out divine. They had a slight smoky flavor and were so creamy.
It’s my new favorite side dish for the summer months. You won’t believe how easy it is to grill ripe avocados.
