Snickers Cookies that will make you Famous! Oh yum!

I made these to die for Snickers cookies last weekend for our annual girl’s weekend. They were a HUGE hit. Nobody could eat just one.

They are simply full of peanut butter and each bite has the taste of a Snickers bar. I’m not sure how you could possibly go wrong with peanut butter and snickers, can you?

Everyone was asking me for the recipe, so I decided to share it with my readers, too! I’m not sure if they enjoyed the cake batter dip or these cookies best. Let’s just say we were not on a diet this past weekend.

How to the BEST Snickers Cookies

Ingredients

1 c of peanut butter (I use creamy)
1 c of butter, softened
1 c of brown sugar
1 T of vanilla extract
2 eggs
3 c of flour
1 t of baking soda
1 t of baking powder
1 package of Snickers minature-sized bars

Directions

Cream the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla, and eggs with an electric beater. Add flour, baking soda, and baking powder to the mixture. Beat on medium until mixture is creamed. Flatten 1 tablespoon of dough into a circular shape. Next place a Snickers in the center and fold dough over candy. Roll the dough into a ball. Place balls on cookie sheet. Bake on 350 ° for 12 minutes.

Makes about 4 dozens.
