If you know me in any sense, you’re aware that I am in love with my slow cooker. I made this easy shrimp alfredo pasta this week in my slow cooker, and the kids absolutely loved it. If you want to go low carb, just go light on your pasta.
I kinda just threw it together, but it was really tasty, so I wanted to share with you busy mamas.
My kids love shrimp, so I’m always trying to come up with some creative recipes. I usually buy the frozen already cooked shrimp at Walmart. We live in east Texas and fresh shrimp isn’t readily available to us.
How to Make Slow Cooker Easy Shrimp Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients

- Italian seasoning
- 2 jars of Alfredo sauce (I use Walmart brand)
- 1 bag of broccoli florets
- 1 lb of Rigatoni pasta, cooked
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
Stir fry cooked shrimp with Italian seasoning in olive oil until brown. Transfer to slow cooker. Pour the jars of Alfredo sauce and florets on top of shrimp. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. Mix cooked pasta with shrimp alfredo sauce. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of easy shrimp Alfredo pasta and serve.
Serves 8.
It’s so easy, but extremely filling. It’s comfort food at it’s best. Just serve it with a salad.
