Oh my stars! I’m in love with this easy spicy cashew recipe. I made them for Thanksgiving and I’m making them again for Christmas.

Spicy Cashew Recipe
Roasted spicy cashew that will make you the hit of the party. I bet you can't eat just one handful.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c unsalted whole cashews
- 2 T canola oil
- 2 T Cajun Seasoning I use Tony's
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Spread cashews on a baking tray lined with foil in single layer
Roast cashews for about 12 minutes or until lightly golden
Transfer to a large bowl
Add the oil and ensure all cashews are coated evenly
Add cajun seasoning. I tend to add a bit more than suggested
Let cool
Recipe Notes
You can be creative and use chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper if desired.
They don’t last long in my house, so I’ve only had to secure them in a zip-locked bag for a day. I’m not sure how they will freeze.
