I found this informative site that tells you suggestions and general guidelines that your child should know for each grades K-12.  This is especially helpful for parents that put together their own curriculum.

Please keep in mind…these are only suggested topics to cover, so use them as a guideline not a mandatory scope and sequence.  Remember your the teacher and the principal and only YOU know what’s best for your student.
