I just became a fan of your page and this is the first post that popped up 🙂 I love dollar store finds!!! I got a few baskets when spring came around- they had some cute colorful ones. We also get trash cans (cute colors as well) for the kids bathroom. hmmmm oh and toys! The kids love the little finds they get from there 🙂 I also buy some cleaning products too!!! Oh and they bring some pretty cool cups sometimes too (glass ones)…anytime we go to the dollar store we always walk down the cup isle to see what they have 🙂 okay, this list could get very long very quick!!! LOL
Wow, You all put a total new spin on the Dollar Store!
I look forward to connecting with you!
I LOVE your blog. I just started to homeschool, and I discovered that it very easy toÂ
spend too much money if not careful. Now that I am on permanent disability, being frugal is a must. I have 5 kids,(my oldest no longer lives at home), this fall I will have 3 in college.Â
I love the dollar store for office supplies and for some of our school, pens, pencils, stickers, glue, glue sticks, and if you check periodically they get some great crafting supplies.I also buy the knock off perfume. They have a scent that smells identical to my favorite 35.00 a bottle perfume. I can keep going, but you get the gist. I’m so happy to have found your blog. Thank you for sharing your pearls of wisdom with the rest of us.
I bought a 3-pack of wooden spoons at a dollar store 18 years ago, and I still use 2 of them regularly! (The other one got lost.) I’ve also gotten many mugs, ceramic bowls, etc. in dollar stores. Sometimes they have things that are good quality; you just have to look carefully.
Great list!

I actually prefer the Vaseline creamy hand cream at the dollar store over higher priced brands. It works well on my dry skin with a nice clean scent!
Puzzles for kiddos! I’ve bought several 25-100 piece puzzles for my three year old at Dollar Tree.
