This is an adorable book that my 2 year old begs me to read several times a day, Isabella’s Pink Umbrella New York!
Pink Umbrella Books has launched their first book of the Pink Umbrella series, Isabella’s Pink Umbrella New York by Yvette Cragun and Adrienne Quintana. I was extremely touched by the book myself because my father was born and raised in New York.
The book is about a little girl, Isabella, who takes an imaginary trip to New York while riding on her pink umbrella that her daddy bought her from a business trip.
The read a loud book is recommended for ages 3-10.  And don’t let the title throw you, my boys 7 and 5 enjoy it just as much.  It gives me wonderful opportunities to reminisce and discuss the different landmarks in New York that I have visited in my past as a child.
The illustrations are very children friendly and will keep your child engaged.
And guess who bough my two year old a pink umbrella?
We can’t wait to see where Isabella will go next.
