A Homeschool Mother’s Prayer
May the Lord answer you in the day of trouble!
May the name of the God of Jacob protect you!
2 May he send you help from the sanctuary
and give you support from Zion!
3 May he remember all your offerings
and regard with favor your burnt sacrifices! Selah
4 May he grant you your heart’s desire
and fulfill all your plans!
5 May we shout for joy over your salvation,
and in the name of our God set up our banners!
May the Lord fulfill all your petitions!
Psalms 20:1-5
Just imagine the tips of the sharpened weapons glistening in the morning as God’s people, armed for battle, placed their hands on their king, David, with their earnest prayers for God’s protection.
This is the prayer God’s people prayed as they assembled themselves to stand up against Israel’s foes.
May we pray the same prayer!
During our homeschool days, we will have many battles. We will want to give up and send our sweet ones on the yellow school bus the next day.
I only speak from experience. In fact, the school bus looked flourescent today from my window. LOL!
However, we must pray for victory!
Please pray that our accomplishments as homeschool moms might bring glory to God this new school year.
We need to stick together, sweet sisters! And be in constant prayer for one another.
Please leave a comment with your name and or blog, so we can pray for you.

I found you over at the Bloggy Moms Sept 2012 Bog Hop. I really appreciate the encouragement and inspiration. I will certainly be praying for you and hope you will pray for me as I homeschool my little ones, too.
