Today during my sweet quiet time with my savior, I was inspired by the following verses. I just had to share….

Jeremiah 1:12b reads…..

The Lord said to me, “You have seen correctly, for I am watching to see that my word is fulfilled.”

God is on the look-out for those who seek out His Word. That pumps me! He is watching over me today. What about you?

Matt 6:33-34 reads…..

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

A lot us us get so boggled and distracted during this special time that we lose the joy of the precious time. We are so tired, stress, and maybe even thought” I can’t wait until Christmas is over.” This year I am so joyful, despite the hectic, crazy life I lead with 5 busy, sweet boys. May I suggest that you post this verse on your refrigerator, bathroom mirror, car, or on your kids forehead if you must. Seek God first each day and leave the rest to Him. Seems so easy, but I believe it is a learned trait. I must practice what I preach today and every day.
