What child doesn’t dig snack mix? Back to School is almost in full swing. This year it’s the Minions craze.
And honestly, I think they are so adorable.
I thought it would be a FUN surprise for my children if I made this simple Minions snack mix. Whether you send your kids to school or homeschool, snack time is always something children anticipate.
I had my children seperate the yellow and blue M&M’s for me.
I didn’t tell them the reason I wanted them to separate the M&M’s, but it kept them busy for a few minutes.
I purchased all the ingredients at Walmart. The eyes I found where the cake decorating supplies are located in Walmart. Aren’t they so perfect for this Minion’s snack mix?
How to Make Minions Snack Mix
Ingredients
- Minions Cereal
- Cheerios
- Yellow and Blue M&M’s
- Candied eyes
Directions
Throw all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a wooden spoon. Store in a gallon sized ziplock bag.
Also, I like to use snack size baggies to make individual snack servings for in the car or for lunch boxes.
Of course, you can add any ingredients that suits your kiddos fancy. So be creative!
