How to Make the Cake Mix Pumpkin Muffin Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 can of pumpkin
- 1/2 c of chocolate chips
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, mix the 3 ingredients together well. Either spray muffin tin with cooking spray or use cupcake liners. Fill batter 3/4 full into the cupcake liners. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Easy peasy! These are so simple, but enjoyable.

We’ve been making these for a while using a spice cake mix and pumpkin, sometimes adding a splash of water or–even better–apple juice to make the batter just a bit thinner. They’re delicious!
Oh sounds wonderful. We also like to make them with chocolate cake mix.
What size can of pumpkin do you use please. There are two sizes.
