How to Make the Easy Homemade Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 141/2 oz cans of petite diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 T garlic, minced
- 1/3 c of jalapeno
- Cilantro to taste (I use a handful)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in the blender, puree for 20 seconds. Stir Well and serve immediately or chill in refrigerator.
Makes about 2 cups.
TIP: I freeze half of it for a later date.
