It’s always rewarding to me when I prepare something so simple, but is a HUGE success! This easy pumpkin spice cake never fails me!

I like anything pumpkin related as you probably already know if you follow us. I can’t seem to get enough of it. I am one of those persons that would love to have pumpkins out all year long.

However, my husband detest on my idea of having fall decor out all year long.

He wins!

This easy pumpkin spice cake is as simple as our favorite pumpkin muffins that we love to eat for breakfasts.

Easy Pumpkin Spice Cake

Ingredients

• Spice cake mix
• 1  15 oz can of pumpkin
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 c of water
• 1 c of semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pumpkin, eggs, and water until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degress for 35-40 minutes. Let Cool on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
