- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic clove, minced
- 2 c of beef broth
- 1/2 t of sea salt

Add both packages of Minute® Ready to Serve Rice, salt, and pepper to pan. Reduce heat to medium-low heat and cook for 5 minutes or until the rice is tender. Garnish with cilantro or parsley.
Makes 6-8 servings
*Please note: if you prefer more rice, just add more water and rice to meet your family’s needs.
Also, I have made this meal without the rice and froze individual servings in baggies. I just heat up a Minute® Ready to Serve Rice and mix it with the sausage. It makes great last minute dinners.
Thanks for sharing this so easy, but delicious instant rice recipe for others to enjoy!
