Who doesn’t need a recipe for magic cookie bars in their recipe stash?
Magic cookies bars are always a favorite for any occasion. They are the perfect bar especially when you add a little twist to the original recipe for magic cookie bars.
I love to use cinnamon chips instead of the original chocolate chips to add just something different. Everyone always compliments me on this little simple twist.
Recipe for Magic Cookie Bars
Ingredients
- 1/2 c of butter
- 1 1/2 c of graham cracker, crumbled
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 6 oz of cinnamon chips or any kind
- 3 1/2 oz of flaked coconut
- 1 c of nuts, chopped
Directions
Melt butter and put in 13×9 pan. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbles over butter. Pour condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Top with cinnamon chips, coconut, and nuts and pressed down gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Makes 24 bars.
TIP: Refrigerate for the perfect cut.
