Need an easy appetizer for your next gathering? I’ve got you covered. I whipped up this easy shrimp cocktail dip recipe last weekend for a party we attended. The crowd gobbled it up. It was definitely a hit.
I wanted to bring something that wasn’t the norm but easy. I was in the mood for shrimp cocktail and didn’t want to bring a simple shrimp cocktail platter.
It taste identical to shrimp cocktail. You can make it spicier with extra spicy cocktail sauce, but I was trying to keep kid-friendly.
I served it with wheat thins, but you can simply use whatever crackers suit your fancy.

It’s really so easy to make. It makes plenty for a crowd so I didn’t feel the need to double it. I’m not so sure how long it will keep in the refrigerator because we never have any leftover.
TIP: Make sure you allow the cream cheese to completely soften before mixing in the rest of the ingredients.
