I am a pumpkin lover in all sense.
One of my favorite easy breakfast concoctions is this healthy pumpkin smoothie recipe!
I am really trying hard to change my eating habits by eliminating my love for sugar and carbs. Yes, it’s so hard, but it’s something I must do. Over time, I will be sharing my low carb recipes with you.
My children thought this was a treat! You can substitute any of the ingredients to meet your needs. For example, instead of using Truvia and Maple flavoring, you can use Maple Syrup.
Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 c of unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 c of pumpkin puree
- 2 T of Greek yogurt, plain
- 2 packets of Truvia
- 1/4 t of cinnamon
- 1/4 t of vanilla
- 1/4 t of maple flavoring
- handful of ice
Throw it all in the blender and smooth until your desired consistency.
I like to squirt whipped cream on top and sprinkle with cinnamon for my kiddos because I am cool like that.

Can’t wait to try this recipe! My son and I are having it for dessert today after lunch. Love that the ingredients are fairly common so I don’t have to run to the store. Thanks for sharing!!!
I make mine with a banana which can be frozen or not, plain yogurt, canned pumpkin, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice. Delicious!
