These kid-friendly bites are one my children’s favorite snack when they come home from school. They also dig when I make them for dinner.
I ususally make these easy pizza bites when I leave my children with a babysitter. I make them ahead of time and they can just pop them in the microwave for 30 seconds.
How to Make Kid-Friendly Pizza Bites
Ingredients
- 11 oz tube of refrigerated pizza crust
- 1/2 c pizza sauce
- 16 slices of pepperoni (I use turkey)
- 3/4 c of mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
Cut pizza crust into 8 equal pieces, do not unroll the pizza crust. Align dough 3 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Flatten each piece of dough into a circle. Spoon pizza sauce into center of each dough piece. Top with pepperoni and cheese. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
