This week I am starting my diet plan, so my menu plans will be simple and fast since I will not be eating the same meals as my family. I will have to prepare my meals separate. But, a woman got do what a woman gotta do.

Pot roast with carrots & potatoes, green salad, cornbread
Tuesday
Hamburgers, corn on cobb, and French Fries
Wednesday
burritos, nachos, chips & salsa
Thursday
Chicken Etoufee with rice, salad, mixed veggies
Friday
It’s scrapbook night ~ My dh will take the boys out to eat!
I will serve Peach Dump Cake.
Easy Pot Roast with perfect gravy
Put roast and veggies of choice in crock pot on low. Pour cream of mushroom soup and lipton onion soup mix on top of roast. Cook on low until roast is tender. Perfect gravy every time!!! I use 2 soups since I have a large family.
Easy Peach Dump Cake
I yellow cake mix
1 can of sliced peaches with juice (29 oz)
1/2 to 1 stick of butter
Cinnamon to taste
1 tsp of vanilla or amaretto extract(optional)
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease pan, spread 1/2 of cake in pan, pour peaches with extract and cinnamon on top of cake mix, dump remaining cake mix with butter slices over top.
Bake for 50 min or until golden brown.
