These oatmeal cherry cookies could very well be my favorite oatmeal cookie recipe. The cookies are full of flavor with a hint of cherry.
These oatmeal cherry cookies give a sweet twist on the original oatmeal cookies.
I love how you can taste the cinnamon in each bite. Oh they are wonderful! I made them for my children for an afternoon snack and they fell in love with them, too.
And they are so easy, too!

If you make these oatmeal cherry cookies, they will not last in your home. They disappear quickly with my gang.
Can you use fresh cherries instead of dried?
I’m not sure that would work.
