These simple ooey gooey red velvet bars are absolutely yummy!
I’m not sure if it’s the white chocolate chips or the cream cheese that makes them irresistible.
These ooey gooey red velvet bars are perfect for a Valentine get together or anytime of the year.
How to Make Ooey Gooey Red Velvet Bars
Ingredients
- 1 Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 4 oz Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1 1/2 c of milk
- 1/2 c of white chocolate chips
- 2 oz of cream cheese, cut into small bites
Spray 13 x 9 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Mix cake mix, pudding, and milk in a large bowl. Spread batter in pan, sprinkle with chips and cream cheese bites on top of batter. Bake on 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Cool completely before cutting.
TIP: Use a toothpick in the center to make sure it’s baked in the middle so they will cut nicely.
