I absolutely love making my own dressing for a more healthier salad. It gives me a chance to be a bit creative.
I thought I would share with you my favorite tangy raspberry vinaigrette dressing recipe that my friends always rave about when I make it for a potluck.
Tangy Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 c of olive oil
- 1 c of rice vinegar
- 10 oz jar of Seedless Raspberry Jam
Directions
Measure all ingredients and place in a blender until creamy smooth. It’s best if refrigerated for an hour before serving. Stir with spoon before putting on your salad.
I just store the dressing in a mason jar with the lid on it. It’s more creamy than your usual raspberry vinaigrette dressing and tends to stay on the lettuce better.
It’s tangy with bite of sweetness.

Hi! This was inspiring for me to get creative and make my own dressing!! I’m just wondering what makes it creamy? I used the three ingredients you suggested but it isn’t creamy…. is there one missing?
I’m not totally sure why it comes out creamy. Maybe it’s the jam. But the final product should come out like the photo.
