I enjoy preparing a huge salad for my gang. This sesame swiss cheese salad is one of our favorites that we eat all year-long. It’s so simple, but extremely tasty. Everyone always raves about it when I make it for our guests.
I usually serve this salad when I’m serving a crowd at home or going to a pot-luck. I love it because it’s low carb and I have a love for swiss cheese.
Well, any cheese to be exact.
I roast the sesame seeds in the oven until slightly browned and prepare the dressing according to the direction on the package ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator. However, it’s not necessary, I just like to get as much prep work done ahead time so I’m not running around like a crazy woman right before my guest arrive.
