I am on this diet plan and I must drink 8-10 glasses a day. This could be costly and a little dull drinking at least5 bottled waters per day. I detest tap water plain. So, I get 1 bottled water from the fridge and drink it. Then, I resuse the bottle with tap water and put in an On The Go crystal light packet. If you are really cheap like me, you can save bunches on the Walmart brand On the go packets that taste exactly the same. My two favorite flavors are Peach Tea and Raspberry Ice. Another easy way to get in your daily water intake is to put in a little juice in the water bottle ~ just enough to give it a little flavor. You can be very creative, too.

Those definitely are testy. Try the ones that are fortified with extra vitamins.
I love the lemonade flavor of these. I keep at least one in my purse they are perfect!
