Children learn in different ways. Innovators Tribe offers exciting courses for voracious learners and gifted students who want to learn how to design and build the world of tomorrow!
Check out these Hands-on Learning Electives
I’ve partnered with Innovators Tribe this week due to the school closures. Innovator’s Tribe is giving away 3 mini-courses (course bundle) valued at $129.00. These courses are designed for Grades 6-12.
Here’s what’s in the course bundle
Thinking Like an ENGINEER
This mini-course includes interactive lessons, engaging hands-on activities, design challenges, and 3D design software that will give students a chance to challenge their innovative skills and practice thinking like an engineer.3D SOFTWARE INCLUDED!
Thinking Like an ARCHITECT
In this mini-course students solve problems related to buildings and structures. They learn how to use an architect scale, read blueprints, and use 3D software to design their own dream house. Lot’s of engaging activities!
3D SOFTWARE INCLUDED!
ROBOTICS and AUTOMATION
In this mini-course students are introduced to the modern world of robotics. Using interactive lessons and exciting hands-on activities, students will learn how to design, build and program a virtual robot.
3D SOFTWARE INCLUDED!
Innovator’s Tribe is giving away 3 mini-courses (course bundle) valued at $129.00 to one of Blessed Beyond a Doubt’s readers. I will be picking a random winner on April 23rd at 12;00 am. All entries will be verified. Please note that Innovator’s Tribe will be collecting your email for updates.
Thanks for sharing these hands-on stem activities.
My girls would love this!! The robotics and engineering courses look like so much fun! All of them do!
I think my son would enjoy the robot course.
Our son would most definitely love Learn Engineering!
My son would love the robotics course
I think my son would love the Robotics! He took the free Think Like an Innovator course they offered and really enjoyed it. I would like to use these mini courses for an exciting high school elective that might spark future interest.
I really think my daughter would love the Intro to Robotics course the most.
I know my son will be thrilled with all three of the mini courses and the bonus mini course also, so it is super hard to choose which one would be the favorite. All the courses build upon each other so I think it’s awesome the way they are introduced and taught. Engineering is fascinating as well as thinking like an architect; we love to explore inventions, inventors, world history, have LEGO building challenges, we have watched documentaries about the history of dams worldwide from their beginnings following through the 1st and 2nd world wars where major engineering feats were accomplished yet wipeouts of towns and families in the flood plans which in turn challenged architects and engineers to use the best materials in making dams and many other aspects. The same for railroads and bridges, buildings (yes tall buildings but buildings to be safer for natural disasters, I. e. earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, carry the weight from massive amounts of snow and withstand the pressure of forceful winter winds at the same time). Then getting into Robotics and Automation is where I am challenged in teaching my son. Always have been when we hit this subject. Manipulatives (legos robotics, learning to code, going beyond basic coding, brainstorming to create an app that helps him learn and grow w/goals for the public {obviously still brainstorming this out} and what else can I supply my son with on a fixed budget to help reinforce these concepts??… he really would like to find a way to build a battle bot and compete (oh my gosh there must be lots of rules and regulations for the battle bot to qualify, does he need to be on a team?, and so much more that I have not researched out yet). All of these mini courses would truly be a blessing in my homeschool. I am grateful for the opportunity to enter and am hopeful. Thank you for all that you are doing!
